Hiring for **Techno-Functional Consultant / IT Manager**
**Department**: IT/Operations
**Location**: Qatar

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Certifications in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) or exchange-related platforms are a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 5+ years in a techno-functional role within financial services, preferably in an exchange or remittance company.
- Experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems or exchange platforms.
- Strong experience in business process analysis and improvement.

**Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in system configuration, customization, and integration.
- Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, or scripting languages for data manipulation and reporting.
- Experience with financial systems, databases, and reporting tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Power BI).
- Familiarity with compliance requirements related to AML, KYC, and remittance services.

**Functional & Soft Skills**:

- In-depth understanding of exchange operations, including currency trading, remittance services, and treasury management.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements in Qatar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- **Location Preference**: Qatar or GCC experience preferred.
- Must have Valid Qatar id and able to join immediate
