Doha, Qatar Top Events Organization Full time

**Pre-Event Planning & Costing**
- Review event designs, drawings, and technical specifications to identify joinery and fit-out requirements.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and subcontract works.
- Conduct material take-offs for timber, laminates, hardware, metal works, and finishes.
- Provide value engineering solutions to optimize cost, quality, and time.

**Procurement & Contract Administration**
- Prepare tender packages and evaluate supplier and subcontractor bids.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and payment schedules.
- Maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

**Project Execution & Cost Control**
- Monitor and control project costs against budgets during build-up and installation phases.
- Assess and price variations or design changes.
- Certify interim and final payments for contractors.
- Coordinate with project managers to align schedules and cost plans.

**Quality & Compliance**
- Verify that materials and workmanship meet agreed specifications.
- Ensure compliance with event safety and structural requirements.
- Support quality control checks during fabrication and installation.

**Post-Event Activities**
- Prepare final accounts and project cost reports.
- Manage dismantling cost assessments and coordinate reusable material recovery.
- Document lessons learned and cost data for future projects.
