**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop creative concepts for events, branding, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and artwork for print, digital media, and outdoor advertising.
- Collaborate with the marketing and events team to produce high-quality visuals aligned with the brand identity.
- Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain design templates, guidelines, and visual assets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and design techniques to deliver innovative solutions.
- Provide creative input and ensure all designs meet the company's and clients' aesthetic and functional requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, preferably in the events or creative industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across multiple mediums.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and 3D design is a plus.
