**Senior/Business Analyst**

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements in collaboration with the Product Owner, ensuring that they align with overall product goals.
- Assist in the creation of detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure technical implementation aligns with defined business needs.

**Primary Skill**:

- **Business Analysis & Documentation**: Strong experience in business analysis within agile environments, focusing on gathering and documenting requirements.
- **Agile Methodologies**: Understanding of agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in backlog refinement and sprint planning.

**Secondary Skill**:

- **Stakeholder Communication**: Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and refine documentation.
- **Problem-solving & Collaboration**: Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills, working closely with the development team to align solutions with business needs.

**Other Skills**:

- **Tools & Systems**: Familiarity with tools like ADO, JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software for backlog tracking and requirements documentation.

**License/Certification**:

- degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Senior/Business Analyst: 4 years (required)
