**Job Title**: Captain Waitress
**Location**: Elite Clubhouse and Billiard - Al Wakra, Qatar

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of waitresses and service staff.
- Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Ensure prompt, efficient, and high-quality food and beverage service.
- Train, guide, and support new team members to uphold service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a problem-solving attitude.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
- Monitor table settings, cleanliness, and overall service presentation.
- Assist management in scheduling shifts and maintaining staff discipline.
- Promote a welcoming and professional environment for guests and staff.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or captain role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Presentable, energetic, and team-oriented.
- Fluency in English required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
