Job Title: Test Lead

**Requirements**:

- Broad knowledge and experience in: Software Quality Assurance
- Excellent skills in: Analyzing, Planning, Execution, Reporting and Documentation,
- Demonstrated ability to: Plan and manage all activities in the Software Testing Life Cycle
- General knowledge of: Testing Skills, Planning, Monitoring and PMO Processes
- Banking and payments domain expertise and relevant work experience
- Must have valid Qatar ID
- Must be available to join immediately

Major Roles of Responsibilities:

- Analyze, review, and assess requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, specifications, and models for testability (i.e., the test basis)
- Identify, review and ensure coverage of test scenarios; coordinate with business users for signoff and approval
- Design, set up, and verify test environment(s), often coordinating with system administration and network management
- Ensure UAT environment readiness and SIT results are signed off and documented
- Design, evaluate and implement test cases and test procedures along with the related business units
- Prepare and acquire test data required for various testing cycles
- Ensure user nominations are received from business units and UAT execution plan is approved by all stakeholders
- Monitor test execution by business units, evaluate results
- Setup and conduct defect meeting with project stakeholders
- Highlight and escalate risks and issues with project stakeholders
- Use appropriate tools to facilitate the test process and provide periodical status reports
- Automate tests as needed using appropriate automation tools in order to enhance and fast track the testing cycles.
- Evaluate non-functional characteristics such as performance efficiency, reliability, usability, security, compatibility, and portability, etc.
- Prepare and deliver test progress reports and test summary reports based on the information gathered
- Support setting up the defect management system and adequate configuration management of test ware
