**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales**:

- Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Marketing**:

- Create and execute marketing strategies to promote Tejwaans Corporate Group services.
- Collaborate on developing marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media campaigns.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence to engage potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for management.
- Track client interactions and maintain an updated CRM database.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales and marketing, preferably in the corporate or service industry.
- Familiarity with the business setup or corporate consulting sector in Qatar is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Persuasive and confident with excellent negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Fluency in English (Arabic knowledge is an added advantage).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a bonus.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
