Context

The API business & technology analyst acts as the bridge between API clients and developers. He is fully responsible of aligning the team's work to the stakeholder's requirements and delivering the project context to the API engineering team:

- Strong proficiency in analyzing and documenting business processes using tools like UML diagrams and design patterns.
- Mandatory understanding of API design principles and their role in business solutions (e.g., REST API, TM Forum, Camara).
- Experience with API management processes and platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and working in Agile environments.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present data-driven insights using presentations, diagrams, and infographics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your impact on our goals
**Technical and leadership**
- Assess the scope of the API project by understanding business objectives and defining clear milestones.
- Gather and evaluate API-related business requirements across all operating units, ensuring they are clearly defined and documented for a global API product.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including API requirements, user needs, and process diagrams.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional API specifications.
- Develop user stories to guide the development team.
- Define and document the acceptance criteria, including strategy, acceptance notebooks, and reports.
- Organize and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate test phases with business users and product owners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout all phases of the project.
- Ensure that detailed documentation is produced for each phase, particularly around API requirements.

Experience
- 7 to 9 years of experience in API Business analysis, APIs Products, and Technical APIs Capabilities.
