**DRAWLINES CONSULT** is looking for an **ELECTRICAL BIM MODELER ** and we are looking for enthusiastic & dynamic BIM who are up for a challenge.

**Electrical BIM Modeler Responsibilities**:

- Assist BIM Coordinators in creating, updating, and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle
- Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and the latest information
- Ensure theintegrity/ quality of the models
- Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models
- Produce BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation, and fabrication
- Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM Based quantification and 4D simulation
- Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during the design stage.
- **Location -Dubai**

**Electrical BIM Modeler Qualification**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5+ Years of relevant experience in Electrical BIM Models related projects.
- Well-versed in Revit.
- Able to complete models, and shop drawings in a timely and quality manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 3 months
