The Lifeguard will be responsible for the safety, health and welfare of our guests in the hotel's swimming pool area and other recreational facilities.
- Welcomes guests to the pool and other recreational facilities and ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
- Assist in the cleanliness and the daily upkeep of the area.
- Guards and safeguards all guests members using the pool and recreational facilities.
- Ensure that proper pool testing has taken place prior to guests using the facility.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Ensure all guests are aware of the rules of the facilities.
- Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and safety through effective communication.
- Follow departmental policies and procedures
- Support the rest of your colleagues when requested.
- Attends education classes and trainings related to the position.
- **Accommodation, Transportation, and Duty Meals are provided by the company**_
