**The opportunity**:
We are looking to appoint an experienced, dynamic and enthusiastic Science Teacher specialising in teaching Biology to IGCSE and A Level students and KS3 Science.
Currently, the Science Department at Doha College consists of 24 full-time teachers supported by four full-time Science Technicians. Lessons are taught in 22 purpose-built laboratories. The College follows a balanced science programme at Key Stage 3, in line with the English National Curriculum. At Key Stage 4, students opt for Edexcel IGCSE Separate Sciences. At A Level, students opt for Edexcel Physics, Edexcel Chemistry and CIE Biology. At all stages, the College achieves excellent academic success. Experience of being fully cognisant of all aspects of an A-Level Biology course will be seen as an advantage.
All our classrooms are equipped with interactive smartboards; students receive iPads upon joining the school, whilst teachers receive both an iPad and a laptop.
