**Key Job Description**
- Recognize potential hazards in the workplace, including physical, chemical, and ergonomic risks.
- Designing and implementing strategies to reduce risks and prevent accidents.
- Analyzing incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Conducting safety training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.
- Clearly conveying safety policies and procedures to ensure understanding and compliance.
- Preparing detailed reports on safety audits, incidents, and risk assessments.
- Conducting thorough workplace inspections to identify non-compliance or unsafe conditions.
- Keeping accurate records of safety audits, training logs, and incident reports.

**Key Skills**:

- Comprehensive understanding of local and international health and safety laws, standards, and best practices.
- Familiarity with regulations related to trading, such as warehouse safety, transport safety, and products handling preferably, wood furniture, stainless steel and metals.
- Familiarity with personal protective equipment (PPE), fire safety systems, and other safety tools.
- Understanding safe practices for manual handling, workstation setup, and repetitive tasks.
- Knowledge of waste management and environmental protection practices in trading operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Certifications**: NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent safety certifications.
- **IT Skills**: Proficiency in using software for incident tracking, safety audits, and compliance management.
- **First Aid Knowledge**: Basic or advanced first aid training to provide immediate care in emergencies.
- **Language**:Able to Speak English, Hindi, Tamil and other language preferably
