Job Title: Sr Sales Engineer

Location: Qatar Doha

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell bi-fold doors, pergolas, aluminum systems, and glazing solutions to both residential and commercial clients.

Conduct site assessments, provide technical advice, and deliver customized product recommendations based on customer requirements.

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service.

Prepare and present product presentations, quotations, and detailed proposals to clients.

Collaborate with the design and technical teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects.

Provide accurate measurements and assist with the planning, installation, and commissioning of systems.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Monitor project timelines, deliveries, and ensure products meet quality standards.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Generate sales reports, track leads, and maintain CRM software to ensure follow-up and project closure.

Act as a point of contact for clients during and after the project to resolve any issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, specifically in bi-fold doors, pergolas, aluminum systems, and glazing solutions.

Must have 10 years of experience in outdoor Project sales

In-depth knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and installation processes for bi-fold doors, pergolas, and glazing systems.

Strong understanding of the UAE market and customer needs related to architectural products.

Must hold a valid UAE driving license and be willing to travel as required.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong technical aptitude with a problem-solving mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Previous experience working with aluminum, glass, and other construction-related products is highly desirable.

A degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
