**Lifting Supervisor Responsibilities**:

- Prepare daily crane checklist with the crane operator.
- Conduct TBT and TI with crew.
- Establish proper communication with involved crews.
- Close and monitor all the activities and ensure all the requirements are followed and in place.
- Supervisor responsible person for his team's safety.
- Maintain rigging gears register and update it.
- Make sure that all lifting gears are certified and color-coded as per QG standard.
- Organization and control of the lifting operation.
- Assessment of the lifting operation to provide such planning, selection of cranes, Lifting gear and equipment,
- Instruction and supervision as is necessary for the task to be undertaken safely.
- Ensure that accurate weights, radii, heights etc. are established.
- Ensure that the ground is suitable for taking up the loads to be imposed.
- Ensure that suitable access is provided to the site and any area required for erection and dismantling the crane.
- All hazards such as services (gas, water, electricity etc.) above or below ground are identified and suitable precautions are taken.
- Ensure that adequate inspection and maintenance of the equipment has been carried out.
- Ensure that there is an effective procedure for reporting defects and incidents and taking any necessary corrective action.
- Ensure that both the rigger and the crane operator are familiar with the method of signaling to be used.

**Lifting Supervisor Qualification**:

- Education and Training: Rigger Training;
- **Lifting Certificate in Oil and Gas.**:

- **TUV Certificate/ QG approved is preffered.**:

- Good ability to read, write speak and understand English
- Ability to work with several nationalities
- Good experience in lifting activities
- Experience in Lifting activities as a lifting foreman / Mobile or Tower Crane Operator
- 5+ Years of experience in lifting activities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
