**About the Role**:
We're building a world-class content engine inside a fast-growing real estate brokerage — and we need a visual killer who can **shoot** and **edit** content that sells. If you're just a cameraman, swipe left. We're looking for a **creative powerhouse** who can capture stunning visuals and turn them into scroll-stopping content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more.

**You’ll Be Responsible For**:

- **Shooting** high-quality photos and videos of residential and commercial properties, lifestyle B-roll, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- **Filming** cinematic walkthroughs, drone flyovers, agent reels, talking-head content, and vertical short-form videos.
- **Editing** all visual content (photo and video) for digital platforms — from Instagram Reels to YouTube Shorts and listing websites.
- **Colour grading**, audio syncing, transitions, branded overlays, music selection, and subtitle integration.
- **Delivering final assets** in platform-optimized formats, with fast turnarounds.
- Collaborating closely with the Social Media Content Creator to align visuals with brand tone, captions, and trends.
- Organizing and managing files, backups, and delivery workflows.

**You Should Have**:

- Proven experience in **real estate, lifestyle, or commercial photography/videography**.
- A strong **portfolio** that shows both shooting and editing skills (send us Reels and walkthroughs).
- Proficiency in **Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects, Photoshop**, or equivalent tools.
- Deep understanding of framing, lighting, composition, and editing techniques that _sell space_.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and ability to work fast without losing quality.
- Bonus: Experience with trendy, short-form, social-first edits (think CapCut transitions, trending audios, and storytelling sequences).

**What You’ll Be Creating**:

- 15-20 pieces of organic content per month (Reels, stories, property highlights, etc.)
- 2-3 ad creatives per month (high-conversion videos for paid campaigns)
- Occasional team videos, agent content, and client testimonial edits

**You’re Perfect for This Role If You**:

- Are comfortable working across both **luxury** and **mass-market** property styles
- Can shoot and edit both **horizontal cinematic** and **vertical short-form** content
