**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a wide variety of pizzas including Neapolitan, New York-style, thin crust, deep dish, and custom specialty pizzas.
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings from scratch, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure perfectly cooked pizzas.
- Ensure proper food storage, cleanliness, and sanitation of the kitchen and workstations.
- Maintain inventory and report shortages of ingredients or equipment.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and follow kitchen procedures efficiently during busy hours.
- Innovate and contribute to new menu items or pizza varieties.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **4 to 5 years of experience** in pizza preparation (both **American and Italian styles**).
- Strong dough-making and hand-stretching skills are essential.
- Proven experience in working with professional pizza ovens (stone, or deck ovens).
- Must be currently residing in **Qatar** with a valid **QID** and a **transferable NOC**.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Culinary diploma or relevant certification (optional but a plus).
- Experience with other Italian or Mediterranean dishes.
- Passion for creating quality food and providing excellent customer satisfaction.
