**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the construction and pre-commissioning phases of major and minor electrical projects executed by EPC and annual contractors.
- Ensure compliance with scope, cost, quality, and project standards.
- Review and approve modification drawings, site verifications, and construction deficiencies.
- Coordinate timely availability of materials and prepare requisitions for materials from local suppliers or warehouse.
- Manage work permits, hazard analysis, job safety analysis, and method statements to ensure safety on-site.
- Prepare inspection and test plans, conduct field and shop tests, and propose field design changes.
- Liaise with the Production Department and other disciplines to facilitate project commissioning and handover.
- Prepare as-built documents and close-out reports post-project completion.
- Monitor project progress and maintain effective communication across departments and contractors.
- Certify contractor invoices as per contract terms and enforce safety rules and quality standards across all works.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, security, environmental, and quality management procedures.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Minimum Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree in **Electrical Engineering**.
- **Experience**: At least **8 years** of related experience, with **3-8 years** of growing supervisory or team leadership roles, and exposure to project and contractor management.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in **spoken and written English**.
- Strong knowledge of **electrical engineering** and construction in **oil/gas/petrochemical plants**.
- Proficient in **IT** and various project management tools.
- Excellent **planning, organizing, decision-making, and time management** skills.
- Strong **interpersonal, relationship-building, negotiation**, and **communication** skills.
