**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform to ensure a smooth and user-friendly customer experience.
- Create and oversee the online sales strategy and operations.
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns, Google Ads, and Social Media Ads and have deep audience understanding.
- Lead bidding strategies for online advertisements.
- Improve website conversion rates and user experience.
- Manage and optimize Sales Channels (Web/App) built on Shopify and supporting apps for better performance.
- Lead the e-commerce plan and maximize sales in line with company objectives and targets.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Service, Customer Service, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and execute e-commerce content, promotions, and merchandising strategies.
- Ensure landing pages, seasonal product assortments, banners, etc., are implemented as per the marketing calendar and aligned with promotions to enable higher customer conversion rates, increased traffic, and lower basket abandonments.
- Build strong relationships with existing e-commerce partners to enhance business growth.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in e-commerce in Qatar and Middle East.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media and digital marketing.
- Strong Experience in SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Ads.
- Proven track record of improving website conversion rates.
- Experience working with Shopify and supporting apps.
- Knowledge of inventory and logistics management.
- Analytical skills for performance monitoring.
- Must have a valid QID with NOC.
