Nail Tech

The spa nail technician is accountable for ensuring that all guests receive requested nail treatments and service in accordance with the spa’s standards of excellence
- Provide a level of service that exceeds all clients expectations by completing all treatments consistently following Diva lounge standards, including time allocated and room set up,
- Respond to all client requests in a courteous manner
- Spa nail technician must complete client’s consultation before each treatments.
- Ensure the nail salon/ areas are kept clean and tidy according to spa checklist and health and safety standards.
- Monitor status of all equipment and notify the supervisor if there are any maintenance or repair needs. Promptly record equipment issues in the log book. I.e. fixtures missing, etc.
- Restock professional products in designated treatment room to ensure that the rooms are fully stocked at all times
- Ensure opening and expiry dates are recorded on all products
- Ensure effective liaison between therapists, call centre agents and spa receptionists
- Act in accordance with policies and procedures
- Provide first class nail services not limited to:

- Cleaning, shaping and polishing
- Nail artistry
- Artificial nails
- Gel nails
- Acrylic
- Poly gel
- Nail fills
- Nail repair
- Nail art
- Promote the sales of products within the spa and meet specified set treatment targets
- Co-operate with spa reception in order to ensure guest receives excellent treatment and service
- Clean and prepare treatment equipment before and after each client and ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the nail salon area at all times to Covid 19 Standards
- Participate in ongoing training within or outside the spa
- Respect instructions given by the management concerning usage of products and amenities
- Keep up to date with all current activities and promotions within the spa
- Help in ongoing promotions and assist in services, product sales
- Ensure the spa’s standards of service and facilities are met at all times
- Assist with inventory when required
- Actively seeking verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis.
- Agreeing and implementing actions to make improvements to customer service.
- Positively dealing with and learning from customer complaints and comments.
- Making sure all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.
- Having detailed knowledge of department Standards and operating procedures.
- Develops positive working relationships at all levels.
- Carry out other tasks assigned by your supervisors.

Pay: From QAR2,548.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
