**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, logistics, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, and contracts.
- Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations and addressing issues promptly.
- Lead internal teams, delegating tasks and ensuring all members are aligned and on track.
- Monitor event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and safety standards.
- Prepare post-event reports, including analysis of key metrics and lessons learned.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3 to 5 years of proven event management experience in Qatar, with a portfolio of successfully executed events.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the Qatari market, including vendors, venues, and local regulations.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in event management tools and software.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

- Strong team leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Experience working with high-profile clients and VIP events.
