Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement, traffic and leads
- Create and curate original and visually appealing content for social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and creative concepts
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and handle customer service inquiries in a professional manner
- Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns

Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience in social media content creation and strategy development
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to various platforms and audience
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and advertising
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Similar
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and photography is a plus
