**Job Title**: 3D Designer (Qatar)

**Job Purpose**:
As a 3D Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visual content, including models, animations, and simulations, that align with Futad’s brand ethos and support its diverse range of projects. Your designs will enhance Futad’s core offerings, ranging from immersive VR environments to architectural visualizations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop 3D models, textures, and animations for various platforms, including VR, AR, and multimedia projects.
- Collaborate with the product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver creative solutions that meet project objectives.
- Create photorealistic renders and animations for 3d visualizations, product designs, and interactive installations.
- Optimize 3D assets for performance on different platforms while maintaining visual fidelity.
- Stay updated with the latest 3D tools, trends, and techniques to incorporate them into Futad’s projects.
- Ensure consistency in visual aesthetics across projects and adhere to Futad’s brand guidelines.
- Work within project deadlines, managing multiple tasks effectively.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D design, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software like Blender, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D.
- Expertise in rendering software such as D5, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar.
- Knowledge of texturing tools like Substance Painter and Photoshop.
- Experience in creating assets for VR/AR platforms is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity for real-time rendering is a plus.
- Strong understanding of lighting, shading, and texturing techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Digital Arts, 3D Design, or a related field.
- Certifications in 3D modeling, animation, or game design.
- Experience in Blender, 3Ds max.
