Are you a meticulous **Quantity Surveyor** seeking an exciting opportunity in the heart of Qatar's thriving retail scene? Place Vendome Mall is currently seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather project specifications
- Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
- Evaluating tenders from contractors and subcontractors
- Managing costs and ensuring projects are completed within budget
- Performing risk assessments to identify potential cost overruns
- Advising on procurement strategies to optimize project costs
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and identify variations
- Preparing and presenting reports to stakeholders on cost analysis and project progress

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or real estate projects
- Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in relevant software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements
