**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Diploma or technical certification in Painting/Coatings, Engineering, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in painting/coatings in oil & gas or industrial sector.
- **Certifications (preferred)**: NACE Level 2/3, SSPC certifications, or equivalent.
**Location**:Ras Laffan / Messaied
- Supervise and coordinate surface preparation, painting, and coating works on pipelines, storage tanks, offshore platforms, and related infrastructure.
- Review project specifications, surface preparation standards (e.g., SSPC, NACE), and client requirements.
- Inspect surface preparation and painting works to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively to meet schedule requirements.
- Liaise with quality control personnel for inspections and testing (DFT, adhesion, holiday tests).
- Ensure use of appropriate PPE and compliance with HSE standards and permit to work systems.
- Maintain daily progress reports and submit documentation related to coatings inspections and material usage.
- Train and mentor painting crew members, ensuring skill development and safety awareness.
- Coordinate with other departments (QA/QC, Safety, Operations) to avoid work clashes and delays.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
