Position Title: Receptionist

Reports To: Gym Manager

Location: Lusail

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome members and guests with a friendly, professional greeting.
- Manage check-ins, class bookings, and membership renewals.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about programs, schedules, and promotions.
- Process payments for memberships, merchandise, and services.
- Keep the reception and lounge area clean, tidy, and inviting.
- Assist in scheduling personal training sessions, fitness classes, and special events.
- Maintain member records and update the database accurately.
- Coordinate with trainers, instructors, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support marketing activities such as event promotions, social media updates, and member engagement initiatives.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Sports Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in customer service, reception, or administrative work; fitness or hospitality industry experience an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, booking systems, payment processing).
- Positive, energetic personality with a genuine interest in health and fitness.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm during busy periods.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
