**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction.
- Provide insights and information on product features based on customers’ needs.
- Achieve both monthly and annual sales targets.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers using our client book.
- Support in-store visual merchandising and maintenance of display standards.
- Stay informed about our promotions and advertising campaigns.
- Participate actively in store meetings and training sessions.
- Manage and expand client relationships, including acquiring new clients.
- Must have your own or under family sponsorship
- Has at least 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in the luxury sector
- Exhibits excellent grooming and communication skills.
- Demonstrates a strong passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Provides outstanding customer service skills.
- Able to manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods.
- Flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

**Requirements**:

- Must have your own or under family sponsorship
- 2-3 years' relevant experience in luxury retail industry
- Excellent cross-selling skills
- Service oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature and able to work independently
