The role of the Culinary Nutritionist would include:
Reviewing Our Current Menus: Analyzing our current food offerings and providing recommendations to enhance their nutritional value.
Creating Healthy Recipes: Developing new, balanced recipes that align with dietary guidelines and health-conscious preferences.
Nutritional Guidance: Offering advice on portion control, ingredient selection, and preparation methods to ensure meals are both nutritious and flavorful.
Food Certifications: Certifying that our meals meet the required nutritional standards, which will support our ongoing efforts for ISO certification.
Educating the Team: Conducting training for our chefs and kitchen staff on how to incorporate nutrition into meal preparation and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Quality Control: Overseeing food quality standards to ensure that the nutritional integrity of our meals is consistently maintained, while also ensuring compliance with food safety protocols.
