Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform product testing and troubleshooting to identify hardware and software issues.
- Handle customer product faults in accordance with national and company warranty policies.
- Conduct outbound telephone tasks, including verifying customer information and seeking repair feedback.
- Collect quality feedback data and provide timely feedback on new product issues, following up on results.
- Manage daily inventory of spare parts, ensuring compliance with consumption standards, accurate system entries, replacement of faulty materials, and proper storage.
- Maintain and manage repair facilities, equipment, and tools, adhering to 6S standards and conducting daily checks.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of repair workstations and rooms.
- Assist in creating an excellent service environment for supervisors, customer service consultants, and front desk customer service consultants.
- Provide technical support and answers to customer inquiries on-site or via telephone.
- Assist in covering busy or vacant positions at the front desk for smooth operation.
- Assist branch supervisors in recording, applying, sorting, and returning parts.
- Actively participate in team building activities and engage in ongoing learning.
- Stay updated with repair guidelines, product knowledge, and relevant information provided by the company.
- Support training and mentoring of new employees.
- Collect customer suggestions, feedback, and competitor information as assigned.
- Repair customer mobile devices according to national and company warranty policies.

**Requirements**:

- Associate degree or higher, preferably in electronics or related fields.
- Relevant experience in electronic repair and assembly techniques is preferred.
- Knowledge of corporate culture, company systems, and processes.
- Proficiency in computer operation skills and hands-on ability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adaptability.
- Proactive attitude towards self-improvement and willingness to learn.
