**Job Title**: HSE Engineer
**Location**: Doha, Qatar
**Industry**: Facilities Management / Maintenance

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and client requirements.
- Participate in planning and execution of maintenance projects with a focus on quality and safety.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions.
- Provide training and awareness sessions for staff on safety practices and emergency preparedness.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure safe project execution.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to safety performance and quality control.
- Assist management in driving continuous improvement in HSE and quality standards.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering** (any discipline).
- Minimum of **7 years of relevant maintenance management experience** in a compatible facility.
- Proven experience in **Planning and Quality Control** of maintenance projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in report writing, audits, and use of safety management systems.
- Experience in GCC region, particularly in facilities management.
- HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) etc.
