**Position: Senior Pipeline Designer**

**Location: Qatar**

**Contract Duration: 24 Months Extendable**

**Working Hours: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM**

**Working Days: 06 Days a week**

**Salary : QAR 12,500.00 ( All Inclusive Package)**

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Pipeline Designer** to join our Oil & Gas engineering team in Qatar. In this role, you will lead the pipeline design scope across **Concept, FEED, and Detailed Engineering** phases, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely delivery of project deliverables. You’ll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, provide technical guidance to juniors, and contribute to the success of prestigious projects aligned with **QatarEnergy standards**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute and deliver pipeline design drawings for Concept, FEED, and Detailed Engineering phases.
- Ensure compliance with **ASME B31.4, B31.8, API RP 1101**, QatarEnergy specifications, and international standards.
- Coordinate with process, piping, mechanical, instrumentation, electrical, materials & corrosion, safety, civil, and construction teams to resolve design issues.
- Provide mentorship and technical support to junior engineers, reviewing their work to maintain quality.
- Maintain document control, engineering integrity, and quality assurance for all pipeline deliverables.
- Support field execution and construction, including site visits and preparation of as-built documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement, safety awareness, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **12+ years of experience** delivering onshore pipeline design for Oil & Gas projects (Concept, FEED, and Detailed Engineering).
- Strong background in **EPCM projects** with prior experience in projects aligned to **QatarEnergy standards** and requirements (procurement, permitting, interfaces, etc.).
- Hands-on capability to independently prepare all onshore pipeline drawings, with efficiency across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Flexibility and adaptability to operate in fast-paced, evolving project environments.
- Offshore/subsea pipeline design experience is an added advantage.

**Education & Technical Skills**
- Diploma (minimum) or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Pipeline, Mechanical, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in pipeline drawing/design software such as **AutoCAD Plant 3D, MicroStation**, or equivalent tools.
- Strong knowledge of pipeline drafting standards, codes, and specifications (ASME B31.4, B31.8, API).
- Experience with 2D drafting, 3D visualization, pipeline material specs, line lists, and isometrics.
- Knowledge of HSE practices, risk assessment methodologies, and safety standards in Oil & Gas projects.
