**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service staff for smooth operations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Develop team schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Foster a positive, motivated, and collaborative work environment.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Ensure exceptional customer experiences and address concerns promptly.
- Implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback.
- **Financial Management**:

- Monitor budgets, revenue, and expenses to achieve financial targets.
- Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures.
- Assist in setting sales targets and developing marketing strategies.
- **Compliance and Quality Control**:

- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on food and service.
- Enforce company policies and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front and back-of-house functions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial reporting.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
