**ob Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Production Management**:

- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Optimize manufacturing processes to achieve maximum efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and raw material availability.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the factory.
- Collaborate with design and technical teams to innovate and develop new acrylic products.

**Team Management**:

- Lead and manage a team of production supervisors, operators, and technicians.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team productivity and skills.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure targets are met.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Establish and implement quality control systems to maintain product standards.
- Address production challenges and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.

**Marketing and Sales**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote acrylic products in the local and international markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and vendors.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet revenue targets and improve customer satisfaction.

**Administrative and Reporting**:

- Prepare and present reports on production metrics, sales performance, and factory operations.
- Maintain budgets, oversee cost controls, and ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with the finance and procurement teams for budgeting and vendor negotiations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **8+ years of experience** in managing production and marketing, preferably in acrylic or related industries.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of acrylic product manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Proven experience in marketing strategies and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Exposure to international markets and export regulations.
- Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD or Adobe Illustrator (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
