**Project control Engineer Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Qatar driver's license, preferred.
- Good experience in heavy steel structure erection in Oil and Gas projects is a must.
- Experience in Implementing and maintaining Project Planning and Scheduling.
- Evaluate project status against baseline schedules and assess the impact of changes or delays in design or construction/ Erection.
- Communicates schedule status to project management, Company executives, and Clients.
- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
- Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
- Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
- Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
- Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
- Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
- Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
- Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
- Great leadership and organizational skills.
- Superb project management skills.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- A willingness to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR8,000.00 per month
