**Job Title**: Laundry Operations Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the daily operations of the laundry facility, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Supervise and lead a team of laundry staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure productivity and quality of service.
- Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and equipment, and order materials as necessary to avoid shortages.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all laundry processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Oversee the maintenance of laundry equipment, scheduling repairs and ensuring proper functioning.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting laundry items before and after processing, ensuring proper sorting, cleaning, and handling.
- Analyze and improve operational workflows to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, such as throughput, turnaround times, and quality standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues related to laundry services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records related to inventory, staffing, production levels, and equipment maintenance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement in laundry operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Laundry Operations Manager or in a similar role within the laundry or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.
- In-depth knowledge of laundry processes, equipment, and quality control procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using laundry management software and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in laundry management or related fields is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance with local health and safety regulations.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with standard operating hours.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
