About the role

We are looking for an experienced management consultant with exceptional analytical, communication, and management skills. Management consultants can expect to help in organizational change management, implement technologies, improve coaching and training procedures, and develop strategies. Their other responsibilities include analyzing organizational procedures, writing reports on findings, guiding management through necessary changes, and implementing and managing alternative strategies.

**Responsibilities**
- Carry out research and data collection to understand the organization
- Manage project and programs
- Support the business development activities of the firm, such a pursuit development and production of thought papers
- Review internal client company data such as financial statements, payroll information, or existing computer systems
- Conduct quality audits and develop quality management and quality assurance standards for ISO registration
- Discuss, provide feedback and follow up with management to make sure the recommendations for changes are working

**Requirements and skills**
- Additional qualifications or certifications a plus
- 6+ years experience as a Management Consultant or another relevant role
- Familiarity with common business software, project management programs and IT systems
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Effectively deliver projects on-time, on-budget within the scope that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations
- Demonstrated experience in project management of extensive multi-phase projects
- Strong working knowledge of business management best practices
