Security Escort

The **Security Escort** is responsible for the safe and timely escort of designated personnel on assigned post and ensuring equipment, machinery, tools and storage areas are secure and safe. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Provide a security buffer between Foreign Nationals (FN) and the base/site population while ensuring all FNs/contractors follow established rules and regulations.
- Conduct periodic spot check/inspections to ensure assets have not been tampered with, abused or lost.
- Carry out all duties in accordance with the corporate security policies, WRM SOPs and WIs and ensures compliance with the NISPOM, Government directives and PWS or contractual requirements.
- Assigned to the Site Management department and responsible for ensuring the escort of FNs, non-vetted Host Nation and contractor personnel.
- Provide assistance with movement of material control on and off base/site.
- Maintain and ensure close supervision of FNs operating in and transiting to and from WRM designated areas.
- Ensure FNs/Contractors are briefed to the rules pertaining to escorted personnel prior to entering Government controlled sites.
- Ensure FNs or contractors wear the appropriate badge at ALL times on their upper torso.
- Maintain sight of all vehicles and personnel when performing escort duties.
- Ensure all FNs/contractors are properly logged in/out and personnel accounted for before and after they perform duties.
- Maintain regular communication with US/Local Government point of contact while performing escort duties.

- Alert the Government Security Forces of suspicious behavior, questions or actions on part of FNs and detain (hold an individual without restricting movement); if Individual decides to leave, maintain constant surveillance until Government security arrives.
- Provide written reports as required.
- All duties are performed in accordance with Amentum ISO 9001 Quality and Safety Standards.
- Perform other qualified duties as assigned. Which include the following:

- Perform all duties/responsibilities of the Security Supervisor in his absence. Also serve as the Alternate Site Facilities Access Monitor and Alternate CAC Custodian.
- The designated/registered PRO required to prepare/submit necessary documents for FN Amentum WRM personnel to UAE & Qatar GHQ Pass & ID Office to obtain gate access to ADAB & AUAB.
- Assist in coordinating compliance with the DBIDS/LEPS process required for USAF base access.
- Provide assistance for all TDY personnel with any required base access for all duty-related operations/support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Works in normal office and may be required to work outdoors under adverse conditions for extended periods.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs.
- Requires excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills and the ability to interface with USG customers.
- Must possess a valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Secret Clearance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Government Security Escort certification as required.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Will be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as required for task being performed.
- Physically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of DI and USG security policies associated with installation access and escorting of OCN work force preferred.
- Five or more years' experience in a related field with three years security experience preferred.
- Previous experience working with military, DoD, multinational company and/or in Middle East environment preferred.
