**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- To read, understand and implement the Company’s Health Safety Environmental and Quality Policy and framework described in the Company Management System.
- Procedures and work instructions pertaining to the role are read and understood.
- Project Scope of Work and applicable standards are read and understood.
- project goals, priorities, deadlines, and risks of the project are read understood.
- Familiarization with project Organogram.
- Responsible for Commissioning Engineering, Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning.
- Ensure Key Engineering deliverables are reviewed by the commissioning team.
- Responsible to review vendor deliverables.
- Prepare commissioning plans (schedule and man-hours estimation) in accordance with project guidelines.
- Prepare a Mechanical completion and Commissioning plan of the project.
- Prepare list of Test equipment’s, Special tools and consumable lists in accordance with scope requirements.
- Review the existing ‘Inspection Test Records’ check sheets type A, B &C and develop new inspection test records if necessary.
- Review Completion Management System Database.
- Develop Commissioning Test Procedures and work instructions as per applicable industry codes, standards and client requirements.
- Prepare applicable Task Risk Assessment for commissioning activities.
- Develop vendor call-off schedule for onshore and offshore commissioning activities.
- Liaise with Engineering & Procurement team to finalize the spare parts list for the equipment and packages.
- Complete and maintain all mandatory training for Onshore and Offshore requirements.
- Identify and review shutdown requirements for greenfield & brownfield scope of work.
- Develop a Survey checklist for brownfield scope and participate in pre-engineering and pre-construction surveys.
- Compile lessons learnt and communicate to respective disciplines.
- Develop Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) witness plan for Mechanical packages.
- Responsible commissioning readiness review.
- Develop detailed commissioning schedule pertaining to Commissioning scope
- Prepare task sheets and commissioning test packs pertaining to commissioning activity.
- Prepare ‘Commissioning Witness Plan’ for Company.
- Liaise with Quality/Inspection Team and arrange witness team for the commissioning activities.
- Participate in site walkthroughs, and in Joined Site Equipment inspection activities.
- Record site changes through Site Query Log or Technical Query Log. Major change through Management of Change process.
- Prepare red-line mark-ups and communicate to engineering for as-builts.
- Co-ordinate with Preservation Team for preservation requirements.
- Co-ordinate with Construction Team for Mechanical Completion
- Supervise onsite Commissioning activities.
- Co-ordinate with Client and Witness parties for timely completion of Commissioning activities.
- Ensure effective utilization of test equipment, Special tools and consumables during commissioning activities.
- Liaise with a vendor, sub-contractors for post-installation services.
- Monitor Vendor Activities and Maintain Log.
- Ensure commissioning records is maintained for site observations, testing processes and checklists.
- Guide testing processes and motivate commissioning Engineer and technicians to achieve standard results.
- Track, review and record commissioning progress and checklist.
- Ensure effective commissioning within assigned budget through diligence and utilisation of efficient working practices.
- Create an empowering and inspiring work culture within the team.
- Ensure Plan for System Energization and Logic testing of Commissioning scope.
- Monitor and control allocated manhours utilization.
- Participation in handover walkthroughs
- Provide Commissioning inputs to ‘Project Close-Out Report’
- Compile Red-Line Mark-ups and Handover to Engineering for as-built.
- Compile vendor utilisation record and communicate to Project Control and Procurement Team.
