**Job Overview**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Archiving, scanning, and filing letters, consultant submittals, and related documents while ensuring compliance with ISO requirements.
- Managing large volumes of hard and soft copy documentation to facilitate easy retrieval and reference.
- Coordinating with KAHRAMAA Planning, Ashghal consultants, project consultants, and other stakeholders, including scheduling and arranging meetings.
- Following up on the submission and approval of required drawings.
- Taking minutes during meetings and circulating them to relevant parties.
- Drafting necessary correspondence and letters.
- Performing any additional related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Higher Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 4-10 years of experience in Utility, Consultancy, or Maintenance Distribution Networks OR Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- **Language Skills**: Mandatory native Arabic speaker.
- **Experience**: Relevant experience working with an electrical consultant or a recent engineering graduate with practical experience.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in document management and filing systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR5,300.00 per month
