Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic to our digital platforms, and generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage SEO/SEM efforts to improve organic search rankings and maximize ROI on paid search campaigns.

Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and other data sources.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and campaign opportunities.

Manage social media accounts, including scheduling, posting, engagement, and growth strategies.

Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, new tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar.

Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, or lead generation.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic graphic design skills.
