**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Product Development**
- Develop uniform styles based on images or references provided
- Create accurate patterns and cutting plans for all garment types
- Sew initial prototypes and adjust until final approval
- Determine sizing standards, fabric consumption, and quality specs

**Material Sourcing**
- Identify and source appropriate fabrics, accessories (zippers, buttons, threads), and trims
- Negotiate prices and manage inventory for uniform production
- Coordinate with existing vendors or develop new supplier relationships

**Catalog & Sales Preparation**
- Prepare a complete product catalog: designs, fabric options, size charts, embroidery/logo locations
- Organize and maintain physical samples for showroom display
- Collaborate with marketing team to prepare brochures, images, and sales tools

**Production Readiness**
- Document the full production process for each uniform
- Coordinate with the internal tailoring and embroidery teams to replicate approved models
- Provide training or documentation to support future scaling

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Strong tailoring skills: pattern making, cutting, and sewing
- Minimum 5 years of experience in garment production or uniforms
- Ability to work from image references and develop new products from scratch
- Experience in sourcing fabrics and accessories locally or abroad
- Familiarity with industrial sewing equipment and production processes

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of technical garment specifications and costing
- Basic knowledge of fabric testing and durability for workwear
- Proficiency in Excel, catalog preparation, or Adobe Illustrator (optional but a plus)
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Work Conditions**:

- Based in our factory location
- Will work closely with tailoring, embroidery, and printing departments
- Occasional travel for sourcing or customer meetings

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- tailoring or garment production: 5 years (required)
- create a full garment from just a photo: 5 years (required)
- operate industrial sewing machines: 5 years (required)
- preparing product sheets: 5 years (required)
