**Hiring: Female Elderly Caregiver & Rehabilitation Therapist**
**Live-In or 10-12 Hours/Day**

We are seeking a professional, experienced, and compassionate **female caregiver** with expertise in **cognitive and physical rehabilitation** to care for an elderly female individual. The role can be **live-in** or **full-time (10-12 hours/day)** depending on suitability.

The primary objective of this role is to IMPROVE the patient’s **cognitive and physical improvement**, ensuring consistent progress and maintaining a structured wellbeing routine. The patient is a strong, ambitious individual with a firm personality; therefore, the caregiver must be skilled at managing these traits with **care, respect, and diplomacy**, especially during daily activities and rehabilitation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide daily care, monitoring, and emotional support for elderly recovery.
- Prepare and facilitate structured daily **cognitive** and **physical** training.
- Assist with and implement mental and physical rehabilitation programs.
- Administer medication and accurately track health indicators.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and calm environment at all times.
- Support mobility, hygiene, and daily living routines.
- Attend medical appointments and maintain organised records of doctor notes and medication history.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure consistent progress.
- Encourage positive engagement, mental stimulation, and overall well-being.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** in elderly care and rehabilitation (cognitive + physical).
- Certified caregiver, physiotherapy, or nursing background from a recognised institution.
- Proven ability to manage firm personalities with professionalism and empathy.
- Mature, composed, and compassionate with a high level of professionalism.
- Upbeat, energetic, and uplifting personality, focused on promoting wellbeing and recovery.
- Able to work independently, proactively, and with strong attention to detail.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- **Knowledge of Farsi** is a strong advantage.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and committed to providing high-quality care.

**Work Schedule**
- **Option 1**: Live-in (accommodation provided)
- **Option 2**: Full-time — **10 to 12 hours per day**

**Location**:Doha, Qatar

**Start Date**:Immediate
