**Job Brief**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop, refine, and implement IT operating models to align with business strategies.
- Assess current IT structures and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define roles, responsibilities, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure smooth adoption of the new operating model across departments.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and progress.
- Stay updated with emerging IT trends, standards, and best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum **10 years of proven experience** in preparing and implementing IT operating models.
- Prior experience working with **government institutions** is strongly preferred.
- Excellent understanding of IT governance, service management, and digital transformation.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
