As an E-commerce Associate you are responsible for managing and processing online orders, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that our e-commerce platform operates smoothly. This role involves working closely with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order fulfillment.

**Responsibilities**

**Order Management**
- Process incoming online orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and manage order statuses, including tracking shipments and handling returns or exchanges.
- Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery.

**Customer Service**
- Assist with order-related issues, including troubleshooting problems and providing solutions.
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.

**Platform Maintenance**
- Update and maintain product listings, including descriptions, prices, and stock levels.
- Ensure that website functionality is optimal, reporting any technical issues to the IT department.

**Sales and Promotion**:

- Assist in the execution of online promotions, sales campaigns, and special events.
- Monitor sales trends and customer feedback to suggest improvements or new opportunities.

5.Reporting and Analysis
- Generate reports on order volumes, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.

6. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure cohesive operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.

**Qualifications**

Diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is required.

(02-03) Years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
