**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct van sales and delivery of food products to wholesale customers in assigned territories.
- Identify and onboard new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
- Ensure proper handling and merchandising of food products to meet quality standards.
- Collect payments, issue receipts, and ensure accurate cash handling in line with company policies.
- Maintain detailed sales records, invoices, and delivery notes for accountability.
- Monitor inventory levels in the van and coordinate with the warehouse team to replenish stock.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather customer feedback and identify new sales opportunities.
- Ensure the van is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with safety and hygiene standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in van sales, preferably in the food or FMCG sector.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and customer service abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in basic math for billing and cash handling.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with wholesale food products and local market dynamics is preferred.
