**Job Title**: BMS Foreman

**Location**: Qatar

**Contract Duration**: 6 Months (Extendable based on performance & project requirements)

**Salary Package (All-Inclusive)**:

- Basic Salary: QAR 3,000.00
- Accommodation Allowance: QAR 900.00
- Transportation Allowance: QAR 600.00
- Food Allowance: QAR 400.00

**Gross Salary: QAR 4,900 per month**

**Working Conditions**:

- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Working Hours: 10 hours per day

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to BMS systems.
- Ensure installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems are carried out as per project specifications.
- Monitor the performance of technicians and subcontractors.
- Conduct inspections and prepare reports on project progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers for timely project delivery.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in BMS installation, operation, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and ELV systems integration.
- Gulf experience preferred.
- Ability to lead a team and handle site operations effectively.
