**Purpose**:
Ensure accurate reconciliation of payroll data, validation, and mapping/maintaining element to account while supporting payroll costing, budgeting, and related integration.

**Accountability**:
Are accountable for their acts and omissions.

**Responsibility**:
To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses.

**Authority**:
To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.

**Minimum Qualification/Experiences/Skills**
**Education & Professional Qualification**:

- Bachelors degree Accounting or Human Resource or a related field
- Proven experience in payroll reconciliation, financial reporting, and payroll cost allocation.
- Strong knowledge of payroll accounting principles, GL integration, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion or other ERP payroll and finance systems, with a focus on payroll costing and reconciliation processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Excellent stakeholder management.

Professional Experience:
3 to 5 years in a similar position

**Geographic Experience**:
GCC experience is preferred

**Computer Skills**:
Oracle/ Excel knowledge

**Language Skills**:
Business English Fluent
Arabic Language is preferred

**Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge**:
All Payroll related functions
Trouble shoot queries
Payroll audits

**Key Responsibilities**
- Reconcile payroll-related financial data to ensure payroll expenses align with financial records and comply with accounting standards.
- Validate and reconcile payroll bank transactions, ensuring accurate allocation and proper cost distribution.
- Ensure payroll costing data is correctly mapped to the appropriate account combinations and transferred accurately to the General Ledger (GL).
- Monitor account analysis reports and trial balances to verify that payroll costs are correctly reflected in financial statements.
- Execute the Transfer to Subledger Accounting process in Oracle Fusion, ensuring payroll-related transactions are properly accounted for.
- Validate payroll costing results against payroll run data, identifying and resolving discrepancies in payroll cost allocations.
- Balance cost transfers in line with organizational structural changes, department movements, and employee reassignments.
- Support Finance by addressing related queries, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Review and reconcile HR budget figures, ensuring alignment with financial records and HR transactions.
- Support the Line Manager in various transformation projects and integration initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
