We're seeking a results-oriented **Sales & Marketing Specialist** with solid experience in both B2B and B2C environments, strong digital marketing capabilities, and a passion for partnership building. Industry experience in veterinary, equine, or niche retail is a strong advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, approach, and onboard new business partners (e.g., clinics, stores, suppliers).
- Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements that support long-term growth.
- Cultivate lasting relationships across the equine and veterinary ecosystem.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Collaborate closely with creative/content teams to drive campaign success.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English _(mandatory)_.
- At least **4 years** of proven sales and marketing experience.
- In-depth understanding of the Qatari market, especially in veterinary or equine sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience with **CRM tools** and **marketing automation platforms**.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Must have a valid **Qatari Driving License** and **QID**.

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales & Marketing: 4 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Qatar Driving license (preferred)
