**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages to the highest standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks.
- Train and mentor junior baristas on techniques, recipes, and service standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests and answering coffee-related questions.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure proper storage of coffee beans and supplies.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in all work areas.
- Contribute to menu development, seasonal specials, and cupping sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years’ experience** as a barista in a specialty coffee environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and latte art.
- Ability to calibrate grinders, dial in espresso, and maintain consistency.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for coffee, customer service, and continuous learning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills**
- Basic knowledge of manual brewing methods (V60, Chemex, Aeropress, etc.).
- Experience in team leadership or shift management.
- Coffee certification (e.g., SCA) is a plus.
