**Role Description**

This is a full-time commis chef position located on-site at Waka Kitchens in Doha, Qatar. The commis chef will be responsible for assisting the chef de partie and the chef in preparing and cooking high-quality fresh food items, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring food safety and hygiene, and other kitchen duties as required.

**Qualifications**
- 1+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a similar role
- Basic understanding of kitchen procedures and operations
- Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and quality
- Excellent knife handling skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent is a plus
