**What You'll Do**:

- Keep the stocks at the designated area mentioned by warehouse supervisor or QC team.
- Place stocks on shelf / bins as per correct stacking and packing displays.
- Place stocks with expiry date in front view for easy traceability.
- Place stocks as per shelf load / bin capacity.
- Pick items as per pick list provided.
- Pick items as per category and store in right temperature till it is loaded into vehicles for dispatch.
- After picking ensure cartons / bins are placed back and stored correctly; to avoid and damage and fall.
- Label with kitchen name on all crates and seal the with cling film or seal as applicable to avoid any missing.
- If any stock goes low, inform EDP team with sign off on paper for record for the day.
- Ensure correct quantity is picked as per list.
- Always keep the warehouse clean and maintain self-hygiene.
- Load vehicles as per agreed timeline with logistics team.
- Ensure vehicle is clean before loading.
- Throw empty waste cartons only in designated area.
- Picking and receiving to be completed on time as per the allocation given by supervisor.
- Maintain Freezer and Chiller in clean and proper stacked manner.
- Freezer and Chiller to record temperature every hour as per record.

**What We Look For**:

- Bachelors' or Diploma in Commerce or Supply Chain, preferred.
- Proven experience in storekeeping and receiving in restaurants, kitchen, hospitality, or F&B operations.
- Handled frozen, chilled, dry food, packaging and consumables items.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills and worked in a fast paced environment.
- Experience and knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS office proficiency, preferred.
